Forms Service – Provided at a special rate!

Please check out our new section regarding immigration forms!

We are now offering a new service to help you file your own immigration documents.  For a very low rate, a competent, qualified, and licensed attorney will review your immigration situation with you, and provide you with the specific forms that are required for your specific situation.  No more guessing whether you have the correct form, or whether you should be filing additional forms.  No more guessing whether you are filing correctly.

Once you fill out your forms, we will also be happy to review them with you, to make sure they are filled out correctly.  There are small additional fees for this service, but we promise you that it will be well worth it.  You will have a peace of mind knowing that your forms are filled out correctly, and you are following the proper procedures for filing them.

All of this for a very low cost.  Please contact us now, before these rates increase!

On December 23, 2016, USCIS increased filing fees on most of their forms, for the first time in 6 years. The increase in fees range from about $50 for some forms to several hundred dollars for others. What is the new fee for the form you need to file? Make sure that whichever form you need to file, that you file it with the correct fee. Just as important, make sure you are filing the correct form or forms for what your situation is.

With the New Year of 2017, immigration change is the hot topic. What changes are being made? What changes are to come? And the real question is, does any of it really matter to you and your situation?

Check back soon to find out the latest, and what changes may help you!

President Obama has initiated an Executive Order which may qualify millions of undocumented immigrants the opportunity to obtain work authorization, a social security number, and a driver’s license. If you or anyone you know has been living in the U.S. for more than 5 years without proper legal status, please contact my office to see if you qualify.

START THE PROCESS NOW! There will be millions of applications filed once this process starts. If you are not one of the first to file, it may be a very long wait until your application gets processed. There is a lot of documentation that will need to be submitted, and these documents may take time to get, so start now, so your application and documents will be ready to be filed as soon as USCIS starts accepting them.
